The Weekly Salad – Broccoli and Mango

Summer on a plate in an instant!

Ingredients: 

Broccoli, mango (ripe), lettuce leaves, feta cheese, basil, seeds, xerez vinegar and olive oil

Method:

Cut your broccoli all clean and crunchy in small florets and toss in a bit of the vinegar and leave it for 10 min. Add the sliced mango, ripe, sweet and juicy. Add the feta, basil and seeds and a good glug of olive oil. Toss and season to taste!
