Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Cream
This comes thanks to my pal Tiina in Estonia.
It doesn’t get any easier than this and it’s the ultimate treat. It was easy and DELICIOUS!
Ingredients:
5 bananas (large), 2.5 generous tablespoons of peanut butter.
Method:
Slice your bananas.
Place them in the freezer and leave them there for 3 to 4 hours.
Put them into the food processor and blend till they’re smooth.
Add the peanut butter, mix and put back in the freezer.
Leave it in the freezer for 2 hours and serve.
